Ongoing Support
Our commitment to your success doesn’t end after training. We provide ongoing support through weekly Tuesday night Zoom calls, where you can ask questions and get guidance. You’ll also have access to a dedicated franchise portal and receive quarterly performance reviews during your first year to ensure you stay on track.
Technology Support
We understand the importance of uptime, which is why we offer remote repair capability for the pyrolysis machine, minimizing disruptions. Should you need help, our technical support team is available, and you’ll be covered with a 1-year warranty, with the option for a 5-year extended warranty for peace of mind.
